Composition dealer
Indirect Taxation
answered on 29-Mar-21 15:30
.( even if the composition dealer has to pay less tax to govt. But he pays to his supplier full tax which is charged on him from his pocket and doesn't take from customer).... the sentence in the bracket is what I understood about composition dealer please tell me if is it right....... also I have a question can a composition dealer charge MRP to his customer at GST is included in MRP
latest answer
Composition dealer will charge MRP from the customer. And pay 1% (e.g) out of it to the government. He will not take input tax credit. But indirectly whatever he pays to the supplier, will be charged from the customer.

What is the role of rest of the world in factor market.. ?
latest answer
The rest of the world (also known as foreign sector) includes households, businesses, and governments that reside in other countries. The domestic economy trades goods with the foreign sector through exports and imports. Exports are the injections in the national income, while imports act as leakages or outflows of national income.

Isn't the planning material also a revision of materiality? What if materiality is 1.5 lakhs and the transactions are within limit but after adding an acc balance(low amount) to that, the cumulative materiality level crosses a bit, would that balance be Considered material?
latest answer
It would be material in aggregate.

Is.it correct
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 28-Mar-21 17:00
?I think.,it s wrong
latest answer
It isn't wrong as such. Normally when we talk about actual breach of contract, we say there are 2 situations, as given under time in the attached pic. And when we explain those points, we mention how (manner) contract was breached. Example: Actual breach of contract also occurs when during the performance of the contract, one party fails or refuses to perform {THIS IS MANNER) his obligation under it by express or implied act. So, can stick to what is mentioned in Notes / ICAI material
