MATERIALITY
Auditing
answered on 29-Mar-21 15:31
Isn't the planning material also a revision of materiality? What if materiality is 1.5 lakhs and the transactions are within limit but after adding an acc balance(low amount) to that, the cumulative materiality level crosses a bit, would that balance be Considered material?
latest answer
It would be material in aggregate.

?I think.,it s wrong
latest answer
It isn't wrong as such. Normally when we talk about actual breach of contract, we say there are 2 situations, as given under time in the attached pic. And when we explain those points, we mention how (manner) contract was breached. Example: Actual breach of contract also occurs when during the performance of the contract, one party fails or refuses to perform {THIS IS MANNER) his obligation under it by express or implied act. So, can stick to what is mentioned in Notes / ICAI material
