How many modes of communication of acceptance are there ?? I think it s 3 coz by act ,omission n by conduct .but in video ,by act n omission is mentioned ?? Which is correct?
latest answer
No. Written or oral is with respect to words, not act. And as Meda mentioned act includes conduct. Section 3 of the Act prescribes in general terms two modes of communication namely, (a) by any act and (b) by omission
