Order quantity

Financial Management

answered on 30-May-25 15:11

@3.12 why we again made 30000÷2 Already order quantity 60000÷ 2orders =30000 order quantity

latest answer

Because when you order 30K units at beginning you have 30K units and end you have 0 units as they all are consumed - so average quantity of the period is 30K / 2 =15K units

As mentioned, if going concern is affected the basis of preparing the financial statement will be different. Can you please tell on what basis the FS will be prepared and if any regulation suggest the basis of preparation if going concern is affected?

latest answer

going concern basic important for preparation of financial statement for example : A ltd borrow loan from bank 10l and purchase machinery 8l.Int 30,000 and principal 100000 each payable end of every year .after 4 year company run smoothly and pay int & principal. In 5th year sudden lock down ,production low. bank point of view outstanding balance is 6l and book value machine is 8l but fair value 5l . company run in future or not .so company disclosed going concern assumption is important in preparation of financial statement.conclusion :bank to decide if going concern not meet how much of amount loss or any recoverable option (going concern is being aware of outsider)
