Sir, one small doubt..... 1)Under the head Share capital, do we need to include all the following words? Authorised, Issued, Subscribed, Called up and Paid up 2) What to do if the details of everything (authorised, issued,.....) Are same??? I had this doubt for a very long time..... Please Clarify this doubt...
latest answer
Yes, you will have to include all. If all are the same you will have the title heading as Authorised, issued, subscribed & paid-up capital Rs. X - Check the annual report of any listed company you will understand better

answered on 24-Feb-21 23:05
Dear Sir & Friends, I purchased study material for International Taxation (Elective paper) & IDT for the may Exams. I have doubts about syllabus coverage in the study material. As per Study Guidelines for May 2021 examinations, all notifications, circular & amendments upto 31st Oct 2020 covered to exams. But The study material which I purchased is Nov 2020 Edition. So all the circular, Notifications & Amendment upto 31st Oct 2020 are included in material itself?

Final Dividend after bonus /right
Accountancy
answered on 23-Feb-21 21:28
If final dividend (suppose 20%) is received after the issue of bonus shares and/or eight shares, then Will the value of shares on which 20% is calculated include bonus and/or right shares? Eg. Opening bal. = 20,000 shares Bonus (1:2) = 10,000 shares Right (1:3) = 10,000 shares Now, Final Dividend is declared and received @ 20%. This 20% will be on original 20,000 shares or total 40,000 shares?
latest answer
It depends on how company declares dividend. If nothing is mentioned, all shares held on record date qualify for dividends.

Govt. Exp is up by 6 billions This means, there is increase in income by 6 billions. Multiplier (m) = 1 / (1- MPC) = 1 / (1- 0.8 ) = 5 Also, m = Change in C / change in Y Change in C = 5 x 6 billions = 11 billions Therefore, GDP will increase by 11 billions.

I have attached the question and my calculated answer as two separate images. Is that way correct? If so, Why isn't it calculated that way?
latest answer
30% tax is on income 3% brokerage is on the total fund. You combined which leads to an incorrect answer 10% x ( 1-0.3) this is correct - 7% is return on total capital 3% is also on total capital and not on the return So it should be 7% - 3% and not 7% X ( 1-3%)
