Contract of indemnity does not cover loss occassioned by 1. An accident not caused by an accident 2. By act of God / Natural event I know example of 2nd point can be earthquake. What is an example of the 1st point?

It could be accidental loss by say fire, heavy rain, hurricane etc. which is not attributable to any person. It's more like a natural accident.

The books that I have received now gives the definition of small company according to pre budget 2021,what is the new definition for small company? Should I write the new or old definition in nov 2021 exam

In the new definition, proposed changes relate to enhancing the limits: Paid up capital from â??not exceeding `50 Lakhâ?? to â??not exceeding `2 Croreâ?? and turnover from â??not exceeding `2 Croreâ?? to â??not exceeding `20 Croreâ?? For exams, ICAI should give out notification for amendments, wait un till then.

The attached image is the NOTES TO ACCOUNTS of Qn. No. 4 of Practical questions of chapter-4 of paper 1 Here no information is given in question regarding, "Increase for the purpose of grossing up of dividend" And "Dividend distribution tax and it's rate" Why these are done there?? Can u please explain that working note??

We shall open the window for Individual chapter-wise modules sometime in early March. These chapter-wise modules have 30 days validity. You can buy topics/chapters then if interested

Mostly they wont ask but Don't take the risk.they asked in Nov 2019 attempt.i will recommend jagrat creation in youtube(free).if markup question is come, only one model will be available.there will no extra adjustment(95%).number only differ..

How to study economics (CA inter)in exam point of view is it enough if i cover ism questions and past year rtp questions?....(i mean....in ism the answers given for questions in book seems to be 3 to 4 lines will that be sufficient if i write that much itself in exam?
