Unrecognised stock exchange
Corporate & Other Laws

Listed Company is one which is listed on any of the recognised Stock Exchange then what is the concept of unrecognised stock exchange how do they work?
latest answer
An unrecognised stock exchange is a stock exchange that is not recognized or regulated by the regulatory authority in a particular country. These exchanges may operate outside of the country's regulatory framework or may not meet the regulatory requirements for recognition. Unrecognised stock exchanges typically operate in a less formal and less regulated environment than recognized stock exchanges. They may offer a range of securities, including stocks, bonds, and derivatives, and may be open to both institutional and retail investors. However, the lack of regulation and oversight can make them riskier for investors. Investors who carry out stock trading on unrecognised stock exchanges may be subject to higher levels of risk than those who trade on regulated exchanges. These risks include fraud, market manipulation, and lack of transparency. Additionally, investors may have limited access to information about the securities traded on unrecognised exchanges, which can make it difficult to make informed investment decisions. It's important for investors to exercise caution when trading on unrecognised stock exchanges and to conduct thorough research before investing in any securities. Investors should also be aware of the regulatory requirements in their country and ensure that any exchange they trade on is properly regulated and recognized. In case if the assesse travel two trips in the same year of the block period.. Is it possible to claim LTA
latest answer
LTA exemption is available for only two journeys performed in a block of four calendar years. For claiming LTA, it is a calendar year and not financial year. In case an employee has not availed exemption with respect to one or two journeys in any of the block of 4 years, he is allowed to carryover such exemption to the next block provided he avails this benefit,in the first calendar year of immediately succeeding block. So if expenses are in different calendar year, LTA can be claimed it is within the restriction of block and carry forward....... So 2018-21 block , if there is any eligible LTA carry forward available - one trip in 2018 (carry forward) and two trips in 2019,2020 & 2021
