Arc elasticity
Economics
answered on 14-Feb-21 08:47
Why do we use arc elasticity instead of point elasticity , please me with an practical example, what is the advantage of arc elasticity over point elasticity
latest answer
Arc elasticity measures elasticity at the midpoint between the two selected points. Hence it's more accurate rather than point elasticity which only calculates elasticity at one point on the curve. For more details watch our videos on elasticity of demand in CA Foundation. It's been explained with example.

Wt is real time basis... Or real time processing
latest answer
Real time means as and when certain events occur they are recorded. Example: I can pass journal entries once a week or as and when transaction occur. If I record as and when transactions occur then it's real time. Real time gives more accurate information as it's UPDATED to the latest.
