Whether only the dominating person has right to prove in court of law that he is not using any undue influence....dominated person has no right to prove in court as per BURDEN OF PROOF....

Generally our assumption is other overheads are incurred for labour working in organization. So, priority would be. labour hrs > no: labours> direct labour> m/c hrs etc..,......but we have to write our assumption in notes.....but in this question we don't have these many options....so we take m/c hrs

If it is for personal use, it will be taxable in case of all employees (specified + not specified)

If motor car provided by the employer to the employee, it will b perquisite in the hands of SPECIFIED EMPLOYEE.. So does it mean 2,3,4 in the image it is oly taxed fr specified employees sir???
