There is no "general manager" in Functional Level

Strategic Management

answered on 16-Nov-20 10:09

Is this true in case of all enterprises? Please also provide a basic explanation.

latest answer

General manager is just a term to denote a person responsible for a function or a division. This term is no longer relevant today as there are multiple designations. You will have a general manager for each function.
