In this question they have not given extra information about the conversion cost regarding abnormal loss in the question , so in that case we have to take it 100% rite So in this case how did it become 60%

Kind of yes. But again all features and quality between samsung and xiaomi would not be the same. For e.g both may have 16MP camera. But one may have a better lens.

I quote from the book pg 4.10: "A coffee bean manufacturer may choose to merge with a coffee cafe" The above e.g. is from topic Vertically Integrated Diversification, but it talks about merger. Then again, a page or two later there is a topic called "Vertical Meger". How are these two (mentioned in title) different then?

ICAI has been inconsistent with the way book is compiled. Diversification also has two aspects. Ansoff Matrix - New product and new market General - Starting a new business is also called a diversification. You need to choose an option which fits the best and is specific. . For e.g. if there is a merger, you need to choose the one which indicates merger.

Is there any grace days for free courses sir, due to some weather disturbances in my region totally for 2days power cut happened (signals were losted) .. so, please kindly extend atleast for 1day of free courses to us.. [you already recorded all classes at once in time ,I think it is FIXED COST to u know sir] . So this is my heart full request...........!
