A&B are partners and A has completed his 5 years as an auditor in his individual capacity, then for the next term firm of A&B is not eligible for being appointed as auditor of that company. Will B is eligible for such appointment in his INDIVIDUAL capacity?

Risk Assessment Procedures (as per SA 315) are performed to identify and assess ROMM, whether due to fraud or error at, BOTH, FS and assertion level. Whereas, Substantive Procedures (ToD & Analytical Procedures) are performed to detect material misstatements ONLY at assertion level. Theoretically, is my understanding correct? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Provides that if an auditor of a company contravenes any of the provisions of Section 139 section 143 section 144 or section 145 the auditor shall be punishable with fine so-and-so. Subsection 3 of section 140 specifies punishment if Section 140 is contravened. My question is what if he contravenes subsection 4 of 141 and does not vacate his office?
