I have watched your video on applicability of AS part one In that video the non corporate entities are classified into 3 Lvl 1,2 and 3 In lvl 1 the first criteria was those entities whose equity or debt securities are listed or in the process of listing....etc.. My doubt is that can a non corporate entity issue equity or debt securities and list them.. Kindly reply

If auditor is individual = one term of 5 years If firm = two terms of 5 years My question is how to calculate these 5 years If same auditor continue 5 years = No problem If same auditor appointed alternative years How to calculate 5 years I.e, 1 st year he appointed as auditor 2nd year others appointed as auditor 3 rd years again 1st auditor appointment as auditor N

Say B Ltd is subsidiary of A Ltd. Sec 139(2) applies to B Ltd. Mr. X is auditor of B Ltd. His one term is over. Cooling period as we know is 5 years. Can Mr X be appointed auditor of A ltd during this period?

Sir I have made transaction for admission for orientation course but the payment failed and the amount debited from my bank account Immediately contacted bank branch and they said no amount received from my side Mailed to icai they said the same no amount received from my side What I have to do sir???
