Here they r saying that dere is savings of households which were borrowed by firms.. Bt in 2 sector its mentioned all the income of the households is spent on purchasing goods & services. Can u explain.

If you make an investment and you generate a profit - entire profit is return dividend is distributed profit - only a portion of total profit hence dividend is not correct answer
