Section 46 when liquidator gives the assets to the shareholdres.. Shareholders will b liable for capital gains right sir? When will b liable__ when he recieves the asset.? Later wen shareholder transfers again he has to cg?

When in the language it is said that a particular e-ledger is debited or credited, then this debit and credit is from departments side or assessee's side? Confused like my right hand is left hand from your perspective...
