Sir, Here the company's cost of debt (pre tax) is 6%, right. Then ideally we should have taken this as the discount rate know sir. Why have we taken 8% (arrived from post tax cost of debt - 5.6%)? [Video Time Stamp: 17:16]

The debt rate of 6% is a special subsidized rate . That should not be considered. what should be considered is normal debt rate

Sir here given that 1) AUD USD, Spot 0.7100/0.7300 and 2 months forward is 25/30 2) AUD YEN, Spot 79.0900/79.2000 and 2 months forward is 55/50 In first case forward rate Bid(25) < Ask(30) hence Premium In second case forward rate Bid(55) > Ask(50) hence Discount Is my understanding correct sir? Sir can we do the Same question with two stage model (ie:present value of dividend from year 2022 to 2027 + PV of price at the end of 2027 )as question not specifically mention to use H model
