Bowleys index number is equal to average of paasche's and laspeyre's index number..... Then how to calculate the below question in which they have given fisher's index number

Cash book has dual nature. It acts as a journal and ledger as well. No need to prepare separate ledger account for cash and bank transactions once we prepare cash book.
