Regret you cannot use icash for extension. We need money for payment to our technology service providers. Because of extension we have to pay them more. Hence we are asking for money in rupees (legal tender currency) and not icash

As per sec 18(1), is itc on goods held as stock or capital goods be eligible to Claim credit. Meaning ITC on Services or expenses not eligible to Claim credit.?

What do- if there is Morotorium Period exist but interest rate don't known.then how the treatment be. This is the example for better understanding of the matter-20000 cash prize,5000 be paid in 5 equal half yearly installment with a Morotorium Period of ONE year.

Cheque is an actionable Claim or not. I am coming to this from the meaning that "'actionable 'because claimant can move to the court for recovery of the same." In GST "money" included cheque .
