Sir fee paid for exam purpose is exempted under gst but payment made for more than 2000 rupees through a card is taxable so if u pay a exam fees of amount 3000 whether it will be taxed under gst or not?

Sir please look at the attachments...for the preference dividend it can be either fixed or it can be cummulative....an the other question in the bare act it is nowhere said AOA must authorize issue of interim dividend....so can i know that.... it is just for a clarification because if i have left i will get more clarity right
