Is HUF enjoys separate entity?

Naturally, HUF is treated as a distinct entity for tax purposes. HUF need to have a separate PAN card and need to file separate IT returns. One of the major benefits of the Hindu Undivided Family is that it is considered a separate legal entity.

I thought we are talking about reasoning. Why did you shift to accounting? If you have not seen all concepts in reasoning and have watched only 1 or 2 modules, we suggest that you complete full syllabus before you tell us in which one do you have an issue?
