In cash flow statement, If in balance sheet, there was a item given which is 15% debentures and 10% preference share capital and 10% investment but there is no adjustments regarding this. Whether we need to disclose in cash flow statement under net profit before tax, dividend, reserve as interest on debentures and income received from investments??

If the forfeited shares Not yet reissued - should be shown in B/S by adding to paid up share capital. Reissued - credit balance left in forfeited shares a/c should be t/f to capital reserve a/c

Sir, if in question it is mentioned that a assessee is having 3 housepropertys ,all are letout..and he is staying in rented house..and given all information w.r.t houseproperty. And asked to compute income from house property. So here a) Can i choose any 2 houseproperty as selfoccupied and 1 as letout ( or ) b) Treat all as letout property
