Do we need remember all the sections for answer ? Do we need to specify all the sections numbers for all answers ?

You can quote sections if you remember. If you cannot remember, it is okay. You can write your answers as - As per relevant provisions of Companies Act, 2013....

There are lot of penalty, punishment and fines for companies and person in almost all sections ... should we need to remember all the penalties for of all topics ?

No it is all based on your memory power but if don't remember then it's okk but don't write wrong penalty if you don't remember the right penalty in a particular section

As exams are nearing, I am getting anxious and overthinking about the outcome. I understand that I should not do it and should only concentrate on the preparations, but even after knowing this I am unable to avoid it. This also affecting the overall health as well for the past few days.
