Section 16: Rectification of name of company
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 18-Apr-25 17:09
Can an existing co make application to CG within 3 years if the name of the new co is similar to the existing co.
latest answer
Existing Co. name will get priority here. & the new company will have to alter its name. Its best for new company to simply change the name when it realizes its name is similar to another company, instead of applying to CG for it. This section is a remedy for existing company whose brand name are copied by newer companies.

Npv vs pi
Financial Management
answered on 16-Apr-25 19:48
Sir,in project chart for indivisible npv and for divisible pI But ,here 1st we make pi rankings And apply npv highest combination for both divisible and indivisible? Still doubt of this project chart sir
latest answer
When there is a Capital Limit, If the projects are Indivisible, we check the combination which exhibits the highest NPV. If the projects are divisible also, we check the combination which exhibits the highest NPV. But the simplest way to achieve it is, give PI rankings and choose in the order of rankings to get the highest NPV. So the Final idea in both the cases is to get the projects combination with the highest NPV.

when we are able to defend our land, are we not securing the future economic benefit? suppose we don't defend our land and spend the lawyer's fee, aren't we losing out on a potential economic benefit in the long term?
