Sir, if i have a house property and my car shed is little far away on other plot which is not in vicinity of the HP and belongs to the HP which i have given on rent. will it be cosnidered as land appurtenant thereto

It should be in the immediate vicinity else it would be regarded as land but not building.

If the right to bid is not notified, it only means the seller cannot bid or appoint someone to bid; public participation is still allowed. RN Association, being the auctioneer and not the seller, cannot bid or direct someone to bid on its behalf. Section 64 applies only to the seller and restricts bidding unless expressly notified. In the second case, if Mr. Dheer was a genuine bidder and not acting for the seller, the sale is lawful. If the seller had bid without notifying the right to bid, the sale would be fraudulent under Section 64.

Why did we compared it with Rs 58/- as 58 is futures price after 3 months but spot price after 3m is Rs 57/- so at the 3 month end we will sell at 59/- and then we will buy at Rs 57/- na why will buy at 58

It is non cash item so cash has not actually not gone out So money is still available with us to use First use if that money are interest and principal repayments
