Time Limit for Filing the Bill of Entry of Imports

Indirect Taxation

answered on 19-Feb-25 11:07

Sir, in the lecture it has been explained that the Bill of Entry can be filed within one day ‘after’ the goods arrive. However, in the ICAI Study Material it has been written that the Bill of Entry can be filed latest by the end of the day (including holidays) ‘preceding’ the day of arrival of the vessel / aircraft / vehicle. The same has been clarified in Notification No. 34/2021 dated 29.03.2021. Kindly clarify if there has been any amendment regarding the same.

Thanks for pointing out. You are right. Will get it modified. Clerical mistake from our end.

Nov-2024, Black scholes FV

Financial Reporting

answered on 19-Feb-25 05:52

Sir in Nov 2024 Exam, 2 prices they have given on grant date, 1. Closing Price of shares - 91 2. FV using Black scholes method -75 This question is a service based condtion question, so while determing the Fair Value we should not consider the Vesting Condtitions is what we have understood, so FV using black scholes method given in the question has considered those conditions or not ? Is the FV of Blacks scholes given is straight away the price of option, just that we need to consider and solve ?
