At last in video, you took Rs. 10 @ Par value to calculate Consideration (500x10). But why don't you change the value of Y ltd Intrinsic value 30 into 10
latest answer
The value of entity Y is 30 per share. That will be considered to value the company and discharge consideration.

As aggregate turnover includes exempt supplies and exempt supplies includes non taxable supply (alcoholic liquor for human consumption).

Bank gave loan of 20lac, charge registered After 1 year 10lac loan is enhanced for the same property by the same bank, charged not registered Rectification of charge CG(RD) is empowered This provision occurs after 60days if charge not registered ?
latest answer
Here modification is not registered. Section 77 & 79 will apply. Rectification doesn't apply here. That's only useful in case of extension of time for intimating payment or satisfaction of a charge, or rectification of omissions or misstatements, if accidental

Initial recognition of Biological assets
Financial Reporting
answered on 15-Mar-25 18:24
Dear Sir, Can you please clarify that in Illustration-2 you have mentioned that the cost to sell to be reduced from the purchase cost even if it is borne by the seller, for initial recognition. However, in the illustration -3 you have considered the 2% fee charged by the auctioneer's fee but not the 4%. What makes the difference in 2 cases?
latest answer
The question to ask is whether we will incur the cost when we sell the biological asset. IN case of auction, we need to check how much would we pay when we sell. We would pay 2%. The 2% that we pay when we buy is not relevant for valuation.
