If a person who is registered in Kerala, wants to supply goods which are exclusively exempted supplies in the state of Tamil Nadu. Does he required to get CTP registration for supply of good in Tamil Nadu ??

Registration is mandatory only for CTP engaged in taxable supplies.

Assume a person registered in Kerala wants to supply goods in Tamil Nadu as a CTP. He took registration for say 70 days. Before the end of the period he wants to extend further 20 days. Also before the expiry of 20 days, can he again extend to some days more ?? How many time he can extend the registration

Sir, Debenture of Rs 6 paid on buyback, isn't that a part of return to do investor, just like dividend, he is receiving certain amount or is it like the investor is going to invest post buy back, and considering that we need to calulate to E(R) and variance ?

The debentures to be reflected is 60 & 30 right? Why under Net Assets Taken Over it is shown as 40 & 20?

60,30 was 10% Debentures. We issue 15% debentures to discharge the 10% debentures for such an amount that total interest remains same. So 90×10% ÷ 15% is 60. Thus, 60 of 15% Debentures are issued in total
