E-Way bill

Indirect Taxation

answered on 09-Dec-24 11:45

Sir, consider a person doing marriage in chennai. His native is in Kanyakumari. He asks the catering service from kanyakumari to come all along to chennai for making food for his marriage. The cook carries all the goods like spoon, drum, water, chair, grinder, mixy and other kitchen equipments all along from kanyakumari to chennai. Do we need to generate e-way bill for the above case?

latest answer

Yes right. But practically we advise to generate in order to avoid the risk of GST officer catching in transit.

Yes Sir , Clarified , confused since the open ended securities are unlisted so jumped under period of holding 3 years because missed the part of equity oriented. So it 1 year for short term.
