Auditng

Auditing

answered on 17-Nov-24 18:31

If thw Evidence obtain is not relevant... Whether the auditor goes for additional audit procedures or changes the nature, timing and extent of audit procedures. Or either of the above depends upon on the professional judgement of auditor?

latest answer

Additional audit procedure and change in NTR of procedure actually means the same. When you change procedure, means u are performing additionally something, when u identify risk. Contracting evidences are indicator of risk where auditor revises his ROMM and plans FURTHER AUDIT PROCEDURES

Logic of Reverse calculation

Financial Reporting

answered on 18-Nov-24 16:08

Sir, i did not understood the logic for calculation. I understood the accounting acquirer is B but the notional calculation logic is not clear, hence if such question is to be solved without remembering this step, i wont be able to solve as logic for such calculation is not clear.

latest answer

Since Y is the accounting acquirer, we assume that Y will notionally issue shares to acquire X. This should be done in a way that Y controls 90%. So Y's current shares of 400 represent 90% If 90% = 400 10% = ? 10% => 400*10/90 = 44.44 shares. So Y will issue notionally 44.44 shares to acquire X
