Sir at 8:45 in the video, slides mentions that In case of Domestic Fund, Venture Capital (Trust) is Outside Indide and also in case Unified Fund Venture Capital (Trust) is Outside India So the trust is Inside India or outside India

In the question itself mentioned that “The annual lease payment will increase based on the annual increase in the CPI at the end of the preceding year. For example, the payment due on 01/01/20X2 will be based on the CPI available at 31/12/20X1.”. Then why revised CPI is considered for payment due on 01/01/20X4. Revised CPI is given for 01/01/20X4 but as per the e.g. given in the question itself payment due on 01/01/20X4 CPI should be of 31/12/20X3 which is old one.

The question should have been properly worded. The way to understand this is that CPI applicable as on 1/1/X4 payment is given.

I cleared my ca inter group 1 in May 22 exam and cleared inter group 2 in sep 24 exam but I am eligible for ca final in may 25 examination under old scheme now I wish to write in nov 25 exam can I register ca final now or need to register after end of the eligibility date for may 25 (i.e Jan 1) to make sure that nov 25 is my first attempt what I do with this situation.

Hi myself Seema.i cleared my inter grp1 in may2023 and grp 2 in September 2024. I have my final exam attempt in may2026 as I registered under old scheme..when is my last day to register for final. Is today the last date for final registration

Sir, why dividend paid is not add for determine operating profit because it's a non trading items?

Dividend paid is not debited to profit and loss account. So we dont need to add back. We start cashflow statement from net profit before taxes

please provide how will the journal entries at the time of fair value change be shown and the amount to be charged to each ledger. Just to confirm if my understanding is correct. The journal entries are not given in study material.
