That's a confusing way to present answers. You take the net assets taken over and compare that with the purchase consideration.

The shares of TIC Ltd are currently priced at Rs 415 Here in part 2 of the question current price is Rs 380 N(D1) 0.03274 / 0.1100 = negative 0.29767 Why negative value is taken I am not able to understand

Sir terminal value should be computed for the year before the final year ie for 3rd we need to find terminal value at end of yr2. Why is it made at year 3? The answer changes as, when terminal value is being computed in end of yr2, the NPV is -1590

If it is without consideration and value exceeds 50K then it is taxable. Further, in case of inadequate consideration it is taxable if difference exceeds 50K per annum.

a)Disclose Gross Investment in Lease and show the computation of present value of MLP. Basically discount Gross Lease Rentals and show calculation of PV of MLP b) It is an ageing analysis. Like how much will be received in the next 1 year and so on. Both in Gross Terms and PV terms.
