Debenture Redemption Fund - Amount calculation
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 25-Sep-24 15:11
I understand that 15% of "amount of Debentures maturing during the year ending on 31st day of March of next year" is the amount required to be in the DRF. Does this mean that the last date of the period to be considered is the end of the next financial year? Or just the 31st March of the next calendar year?
latest answer
DRI is created on 30th April shall not be less than 15% of Debentures maturing on 31st March of NEXT FY. At any point such DRI should not be 15% of Debentures maturing on 31st March of Current FY.
