Employee contribution is less than 250000 or 500000 then why not 100% deduction on intrest of employee contribution
latest answer
Interest on amount beyond 2.5L is taxable. Assume that contribution is 3L and rate of interest is 8%. Even though interest rate is less than 9.5% still it is taxable i.e., interest on 50,000 will become taxable.
