section 13 time of supply of goods or services in the case of composite supplies it is generally states that the time of supply for a composite supply will be the time of supply of the principle supply in this case the principle supply is the supply of goods therefore section 13 will be applicable to determine the time of supply for the composite supply in this scenario

I have completed CA inter both the groups and planning to start articleship within 31st October. Simultaneously, I am gonna complete my 5th sem of B.Com regular.So,I am decided to do my 6th sem after completing articleship and during the 6 months study period. My doubt is that Can i do my regular college of 6th sem during the 6 months study period for CA Final or is there any rule to study only for final during that period? Please help me in deciding...

A CA in practice is deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct if he agrees to audit any , without communicating it to retiring auditor

Let say a public company has 14 directors. So how many of them are rotational directors. Answer going to be 2/3 of 14 equals to 9.33. so it round off to 9 or 10 directors

If a question does not specifically mention whether the lease agreement is financial or operating ( or does not even satisfy any of the conditioyn which make them financial or operating lease). What will we assume it to be?
