plese explain what is multiplier effect ??it is said that if govt increases its tax and govt spending by same amount the GDP will rise whyy is that??
latest answer
Imagine the government spends money on building roads. The workers who build the roads get paid, and they, in turn, spend their earnings on things like groceries, clothes, and other goods. The businesses selling those goods then earn money, and they pay their workers, who also spend. This chain of spending leads to a much larger increase in total economic activity than the initial amount spent by the government.

What is need of single purpose financial statements
latest answer
It is for a partcular group or for particular purpose . General purpose is for Eveyone, basically for general public or a wide audience like shareholders, investors, management etc. and not meant for specific user group. Example: it’s prepared for the purpose of obtaining bank loan, then specially prepared for that purpose. They are tailored with respect to banks needs and requirement.

Proprietary ratio and equity ratio Why they are different (Equity one of the other meaning Proprietary right!)
latest answer
Proprietary Ratio is more focused on the asset side of the balance sheet, evaluating how much of the assets are covered by shareholders' funds. Equity Ratio looks at the broader picture of the company's financing, assessing the balance between debt and equity in the company’s overall capital structure.
