If we have incurred abnormal cost for completing the Trial runs of a Machine, whether still it can be capitalised ? Does standard differentiate normal vs abnormal cost of trial runs ?

In the mentioned examples, in the case of the construction of buildings, some buildings may be sold even before their construction is completed. So considering it as inventory, should we cease the capitalization of borrowing costs?

If buildings are sold as incomplete or still in progress, the capitalisation would continue till the time construction is complete.

I am attaching herewith the ICAI Regulations i have doubt regarding my ca final eligibility can you clarify in page no.39 3rd point. Now I have a balance articleship period of 9 months under the old scheme and cleared intermediate in sep 24 only so what is the eligible attempt for me to appear in the final examination.

Under Entity wide disclosure - Information about geographical area , Revenue from external customer attributed to India and all Foreign countries has to be disclosed Doubt: In ill 7 instead of taking external revenue attributed to India and all Foreign countries why total revenue (External revenue and other Income) was taken .

Revenue referred to in Ind As 108 is wider than the revenue from sale of products and services that we understand generally. For e.g Ind AS 108 uses term like interest revenue which is nothing but interest income.

Answer C both are right Odd lot means IPO has a lot size, say 10. If some customer cannot be allotted 10 but say 9 because allotment is on proportionate basis, then they do not allot the customer 9 shares and instead allot it to some one who can get 10 the minimum lot size

As the defination of business in this Ind AS says that it should include inputs, process and outputs. But trading concern does not include any substantive process as such. So will the acquisiton of entity engaged only in trading of goods be called as acquisition of business?
