Should we remember sections

Auditing

answered on 26-Aug-24 11:36

Sir , while reading in Audit regarding duties of the auditor should we remember sections Because at glance there are only 4 sections in reporting chapter such as 143(1),143(3),143(12),143(11) but in those four sections there are many sub clauses Can we ignore section and Sub clauses and just reading the duties is sufficient??

latest answer

It is important to remember sections and sub sections along with clauses for reporting. It won’t be much difficult, reading once or twice you will be able to relate and remember.

What is the difference between horizontal diversification and acquisition Horizontal diversification means internal but it is mentioned as acquiring So please let me explain internal expansion and external expansion I taken internal expansion as we are starting new business And external expansion as we are merging or acquiring new business Am I right Please explain

latest answer

Internal Expansion: Growth through internal resources, like starting a new product line. External Expansion: Growth through merging with or acquiring another company. Horizontal Diversification: Expanding into new but related product lines or markets, which can be done either internally (developing the product) or externally (acquiring a company). Acquisition: Specifically, the purchase of another company, typically an external expansion strategy, and can be part of horizontal diversification if the acquired company is in a related field.
