Part 10 from this particular topic we have discussed a RTP November 2020 attempt Question in the Class. In that particular question the Audit Engagement letter was prepared by the Management. (Which is actually wrong as Audit Engagement letter should be Prepared by the Auditor, this we discussed in the lecture.) So, while dictating the answer you also didn't mention about this ma'am. My doubt is that what Management done is not acceptable and it should be prepared by the Auditor. What Shall I do now ma'am?

Audit risk means something is wrong in the opinion given by the auditor then who wil review the work and assess that there is an audit risk.

Audit risk will always be there. Auditor tried to reduce to audit risk by performance audit process needed in the given circumstances.

sir in ill26 and ill 27 both are same question then why differenet methods we computed r in ill26 we computed WA return but ill27 portfolio return. can for ill26 also we can compute like we computed on ill27 ? what is the difference in the both the question

in Q 26 Rf is not given but it is given in 27 in 26, Average return of portfolio is given but it is not given in 27 Both questions have similar data but input data provided is different in 26 we are given portfolio return and used it as proxy for market return - we did same in 27 also In 27 we computed average return but did not use it anywhere please read both Q carefully
