Sir, In the example the supplier will issue an invoice at 1,00,000 assuming it as intra state supply and CGST and SGST @9% each who will pay the GST amount of 18000/- will Mr.X pay or Tata company will pay.?? And Also will Mr.Annad issue separate invoices to Mr.X and Tata company.??

When tb doesn’t tally ,we move it to suspense account. So do we proceed with p&l and balance sheet preparation or we need to first identify why there’s a difference in tb and pass rectification entry and then proceed with p&l and bs preparation

When a partner of a company also part time employed in another company, did he will be included in Total Specific number of Tax Audit and Company audit for the firm.

when a CA not holding COP offers to render an accounting service is deemed to be member in practice at the point when he offers it but he will be considered to be guilty of profession misconduct when he offers to render the service or only after he renders the service. Kindly clarify mam
