Hi sir, the debt equity ration given in the question is X pvt Ltd 's Debt Equity ration only right ? Not the average debt equity ration of the industry right ?

Dear Team, Kindly explain further the difference between management fee charged on committed capital and invested capital. Also, in what context is committed fee referred to here as in case of bank loans, bank charges fee for putting aside the loan till it's drawdown by borrower.

Alternative investments are things like hedge funds and Vc funds Person who puts money in a Vc is called LP and person who manages is called GP When an LP agrees to put money in a fund it is called commitment I.committed capital GPS ask lLPs for money only when an investment has to be made Invested capital is what LP has given to GP Management fee is usually on invested capital but there can also be a rate structure where it is on committed capital

I totally get it why capitalizing an expense increase total asset but how expensing an expenses lower the value of Total assets? It is more logical to say your NP decreases when you expenses it but how total assets dec?pls explain

If don’t expense an expense, you have to capitalise it I. Fixed assets or keep it in current assets as Pre paid expense. So yes it will increase total assets

This is a poor quality question These days ICAI is asking bad questions in derivatives and PM and not in security valuation I hope they don’t ask these kind of questions However if they do ask pls follow icai methodology

Can someone just confirm if there’s any amendment in this provision ? its not there in the incorporation chapter..which chapter is this said ? 1) voluntary conversion of OPC to another kind is allowed after 2yr of incorporation ? 2) there a limit in PUSC Turnover for OPC ?

nominee of OPC permanently leave India will nominee have to withdraw consent ?

Nominee needs to be Natural person and Indian citizen. Residential status is not relevant. Accordingly, in given case consent need not be withdrawn
