In the question, everywhere it is mentioned as Cash Flow but we considered the Cash Flows as NPV. We also have initial Cash Out Flow and given Cash Inflows. But is there any specific reason behind considering the Cash Flows as NPV though it is not mentioned?

We do not know life of the project . Without that we accnot compute PVCIF or NPV hence all computations are made using 1year CF Subtracting 80 lacs of investment from only 1year cf does not make any sense
