Sir, 1 thing I like about 1 FIN is that concept wise videos segregated. So, I always can go back and watch when required of what I required. Suggestions/Improvements if not thought till now. 1. If you provide a note pad against each video students like us can write simultaneously important or things to be remembered stuff. 2. If we can highlight the video time itself and write notes on would be great. 3. All student doubts and answers if can be seen at each video level itself would help us understand, the things we missed to question and get answers.

As per sub section 10, if no auditor is appointed, existing auditor can continue to be auditor. What about rotation in this case? If auditor has worked for 5 years and no auditor is appointed, shouldn't he be ineligible to be continue as auditor?

This provision is talking about every year AGM appointments of the same auditor who is appointed for the term of 5/10 year period. After 5/10 years this provision does not apply and there will not be default automatic reappointment.

During the month 7500 hours were paid which include 350 unproductive hours due to unbudgeted holidays as also loss of production of 250 units of product A due to machine breakdown . here 350 hours idle Time. am I right??
