Good evening sir:- I have two doubts 1. Supplier supply exempt Good/Service/Both to the recipient through an E-commerce operator. In this transaction TCS will apply? 2. E-commerce operator file annual statement using the form GSTR -8. This is correct sir?

It is same. Unabsorbed depreciation can be set off against any head of income except salaries.

Sir, if property is leased by subsidiary to parent then in standalone financial statements of subsidiary it will be shown as investment property and in the CFS it will be shown as PPE right?

Sir in TYK 33 , how much marks will be deducted if we didn’t show Jensen alpha and instead we just gave statement by comparing the expected return and required rate return (without showing the difference amount as in Jensen alpha) and stating that it undervalued .
