Whether it is considered as identified asset or not? if, at the inception of the contract it has been agreed (written in the agreement) that, if there is any future increase in the market price of the asset, the asset is going to be substituted.

I have a doubt Who is agent under gst? If he issue his own invoice is not an agent is it correct and In what circumstances he becomes a related party?

If agent issues invoice to customer in his own name then the transaction between principal to agent is taxable. However, if agent issue invoice to customer in the name of principal then the transaction between principal and agent is not taxable.

Hi Praveena, Thanks for reaching out to us. We would not be able to extend the classes. You can make use of individual module or special course sale where you can get a couple of months access at highly discounted prices.
