Dear sir, is there any procedure to find out the MIRR like how you taught in Interpolation? In the exam, how to tackle a problem of finding MIRR where the difference between FVIF (in illustration =1.54 of 9% ) selected from the table and FVIF required (1.57)is significant?

Illustration- 24 Sir, I could not understand why the Present value of tax benefit on differentiation between amortization of 9 and 6 is added to the cost.. can you explain me that part.. 9 was supposed to be amortized over 6 years, but we are taking the entire deduction now so the entire 1.5 over the next 5 years will be of loss to us and tax benefit of the same should be added to the cost instead of the adding the tax benefit of difference 3?
latest answer
a. We are adding new tax benefit on account of full w/o now b. We have to subtract tax benefit lost becuase there will be nothing to w/o c. We will have expenses of new bond that can be w/o that is a benefit We are treating a separately we are treating b-c separately
