Why amount of raw material and overhead are considered in current assets while computing current ratio? Raw material is consumed and OVER HEADS ARE PAID then why it is included... While computing current ratio???
latest answer
Here what is expected to compute is the estimated budget.. I.e., it refers to future. so none of the items are paid. With regards to raw materials and overheads, they are being considered in the cost of finished goods under current assets
