Gain loss in case of export import ( Forward market vs theoretical forward rate)
AFM
answered on 12-Apr-26 13:24
Because we are exporter here and if we are receiver of money , if we receive less than ideal forward rate than it is loss for us. and other way in case of importer if we are paying the same then it is good for us. Curx of the story theoretical ( ideal) has direct relationship with exporter gain loss and indirect relation with import.

latest answer
2 Ladies sitting together can be selected in ³P₂ = 6 Ways now remaining 1 Lady can not sit adjacent to these ladies so out of remaining 4 seats she can sit only on two seats hence ²P₁ = 2 Ways so Ladies can sit in 6 * 2 = 12 Ways for Three Gents 3 Seats are Left so gents can sit in ³P₃ = 6 Ways Total Number of Ways = 12 * 6 = 72

Question Requirement - total provision or provision balance
Financial Reporting
answered on 15-Apr-26 09:51
In this q, I understood the concept, but if we are saying extra 7500 is to be made, isnt it by comparing the provision value for 6 months (37,500) against the provision made in the whole year (30,000)? (Balance Req on reporting date vs P/L provision made for whole year) [Video Time Stamp: 07:07]
latest answer
ICAI is not very clear in usage of such terms. Here, the provision made is to be understood as closing balance. We do not create provision with each sale but at the end of year. The provision represents estimate for warranty claims that may arise and hence represents 6 months sale.
