I made payment for auditing classes today, amount has been debited from my account but classes are not available under my courses..I got a mail stating payment successfull but classes are not found anywhere. Please do the needful steps ASAP. Thank you

DTL for exception under Ind AS 12 is on account of goodwill difference only . Remaining DTL will be recognised.

If holding company gives interest free loan, then how can subsidary capitalise based on effective interest rate. Wouldn't that be capitalisation of notional interest cost?

Actually its not interest free. Part of it is considered as equity investment. You will learn more on this in Financial Instruments.
