Does this mean rebate is not applied on LTCG 10% Or Rebate won’t be applied on income tax if LTCG 10% paid
latest answer
On LTCG taxable under Section 112A, no rebate is allowed. The logic is that they are taxable only at 10%.

Inquiry Regarding CA Inter New Pattern Eligibility Dear Indigo Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek guidance regarding my eligibility to write the new pattern CA Inter exams. I successfully cleared CPT in 2016 and made four attempts at CA IPCC, unfortunately without success. Last year, I renewed my SRO ID with the following details: SRO0370542. Considering my background, could you please advise if I am eligible to write the CA Inter exams in the new pattern? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, Nagaraj G

It is a document issued by a post office accepting that a postal packet or a document has been deposited at the office for further movement. this alone will not be sufficient as the letter should actually be received.
