I have terminated article-ship within 1 year.Since I am a direct entry student appearing inter exam in May2024 should I register as article assistant under any auditor? Or is it enough to get sign from any auditors in exam application

As per section 140 the auditor shall not be eligible to be appointed as auditor for any company for a period of 5 years from the date of tribunals order. As per section141 Person who has been convicted by court of an offence involving fraud shall not be appointed as auditor unless 10 years have elapsed from date of conviction what's the difference between being convicted by court and tribunals order?
